1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IT Courses Canada website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Registration and Payment

All course registrations are subject to availability. Payment must be completed before accessing course materials. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of course enrollment if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. Refunds are processed within 10 business days. Special promotional courses may have different refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, code samples, and other content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without explicit written permission.

5. User Conduct

Users must maintain respectful behavior in all interactions. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate account termination without refund. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

6. Course Access and Availability

We strive to maintain continuous access to course materials but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Course content may be updated or modified to reflect current industry standards. Lifetime access applies to purchased courses under normal business operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

IT Courses Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes or certification results.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
